Half chia bowl, half berry bowl ? Made this with my products from @svenskhalsokost today and it turned out so delicious! ? I made an overnight chia pudding with some oat milk and natural vanilla powder, then made a 50/50 bowl with a mixed berry & açaí smoothie. Super easy, healthy & nutritious! Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
The chia half:
• Overnight chia pudding (1,5 tbsp chia seeds with oat milk and a pinch of organic vanilla, let rest in fridge overnight)
The smoothie half:
• 1/2 banana
• 1 tsp açaí powder
• Frozen strawberries
• Blueberries
• Raspberries
• 1/2 cup oat milk (or almond milk)
• 1 tsp honey ?
Topping: Almonds, cashews, walnuts, hemp seeds, cacao nibs & some extra blueberries & raspberries
1. Take the overnight chia pudding out of the fridge and put it in a bowl (only half of the bowl)
2. Mix all the smoothie ingredients and then fill up the rest of the bowl!
