So as spring progresses into summer, taking care of your skin is extra important. It’s our largest organ and shouldn’t be neglected. ?
To help my skin feel healthy and smooth, I use collagen and beta carotene from @svenskhalsokost
A little info:
– Beta carotene is actually a pre stage vitamin A, and it’s stored under the skin until the body needs it. It has a brown tint which helps you get an awesome tan! These pills in particular have added minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.
They also have black pepper extract and MCT-oil in them to help the body absorb it.
– Collagen is a protein that help protect your joints, cartilage, hair, nails and especially skin. When we age we produce less and less collagen, so adding some helps the body against wrinkles, dry skin, etc.
(This one I’m taking comes as a shot, which helps the body absorb it. Plus it taste like raspberries!)
So for an extra boost and a natural protection, that’s what I use!
