Made this green creamy smoothie bowl for lunch and I think it’s my new favorite! It’s super fresh, sweet & healthy ?? Here is the recipe:
• 1/2 frozen banana
• 1/2 cup of frozen mango
• 1/2 cup of oat milk or almond milk
• 1/3 cup of water
• 1 scoop plant based protein
• 1/2 avocado
• 2 tsp spirulina
• 2 tsp honey
1. Add all the ingredients in to a mixer and mix into a thick and creamy smoothie (add some extra water if it’s too thick).
2. Put it in a bowl and top with pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds & coconut flakes.
